Toyota Land Cruiser Launch: The SUV is expected to be launched by December 2021.
Toyota Land Cruiser Price: It is expected to be priced between Rs 1.5 crore and Rs 1.8 crore (ex-showroom).
Toyota Land Cruiser Powertrains: Toyota has equipped the sixth-gen Land Cruiser with twin-turbo V6 engines (both petrol and diesel): a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol (415PS/650Nm) and a 3.3-litre twin-turbo V6 diesel (309PS/700Nm). Both get a 10-speed AT gearbox. While the carmaker has also revealed that a naturally aspirated petrol engine with a 6-speed AT will be on offer, it hasn’t specified which markets will get it.
Toyota Land Cruiser Features: The SUV gets a free-floating touchscreen infotainment system, steering-mounted controls, and power-adjustable front seats.
Toyota Land Cruiser Safety: Safety features are likely to include multiple airbags, vehicle stability control, traction control, and multi-terrain ABS with EBD. The sixth-gen model also gets the Toyota Safety Sense active safety package, comprising features such as a pre-collision system that helps in avoiding a collision or reducing its impact.
Toyota Land Cruiser Rivals: Its only rival in India is the Lexus LX.
