Jawa Perak BS6 Price:

The Perak was launched in November 2019, the first anniversary of the brand’s revival in India. The Jawa Perak is priced at Rs 1,94,500 (ex-showroom Delhi), around Rs 11,300 more expensive than the top-end standard Jawa.

Jawa Perak BS6 Features:

The Perak features an all-black paint scheme, a redesigned rear end, a single tan seat, low-set handlebars with bar-end mirrors, and a round LED tail light that’s neatly placed under the seat.

Jawa Perak BS6 Engine:

The motorcycle is powered by a bigger 334cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder mill that produces 30.64PS and 32.74Nm of torque (1.74Nm more than before), mated to a 6-speed transmission with optimised gear ratios. It even gets custom-looking twin slash-cut road-legal exhausts.

Jawa Perak BS6 Suspension & Brakes:

The bike uses a double-cradle frame and conventional telescopic fork up front. However, it gets a different swingarm that resembles the Triumph Bonneville Bobber’s ‘swing cage’ unit to accommodate the monoshock at the rear. The Perak uses disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS and Ceat Zoom Cruz tyres.

Jawa Perak BS6 Competition:

Notable alternatives for the Perak include the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Benelli Imperiale 400 BS6. If you consider its price, it also competes against the Bajaj Dominar 400, the new Royal Enfield Hunter 350, and the KTM RC 200.
