Ducati Panigale V4 is a super bike available at a starting price of Rs. 26,49,000 in India. It is available in 3 variants and 3 colours with top variant price starting from Rs. 40,99,000. The Ducati Panigale V4 is powered by 1103cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 212.5 bhp and a torque of 123.6 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Ducati Panigale V4 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Panigale V4 bike weighs 198.5 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 17 liters.

The Panigale V4 is Ducati’s flagship supersport motorcycle. It was also one of the first Ducati bikes to get the new V4 engine that is known for its top-end performance.

The Italian brand has given it everything to make it go fast and make it win races. A lot of work has gone into getting the aerodynamics, ergonomics, engine, chassis, and electronics right. The bike gets the twin-pod headlight assembly along with a muscular fuel tank, underbelly exhaust, and a single-sided swingarm. There are those fancy winglets too that delivers close to 37kgs of downforce at 300kmph.

The Panigale V4 gets its power from a 1103cc, V4-cylinder, liquid-cooled, Desmosedici Stradale engine which produces 212.5bhp at 13,000rpm and 123.6Nm of peak torque at 9,500rpm. This motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The electronic rider aids include four power modes (Full, High, Medium, and Low), riding modes, Bosch cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, slide control, engine brake control, power launch, bi-directional quick shifter, and auto tyre calibration.

The suspension setup on the standard variant includes 43mm fully-adjustable Showa BPF front forks and a fully-adjustable Sachs rear mono-shock. The more premium S and SP2 variants, on the other hand, benefit from Ohlins-sourced front forks and rear mono-shock – both fully and electronically adjustable. The braking setup on both variants includes a twin 330mm front and a single 245mm rotor with a two-piston calliper at the back.

The Ducati Panigale V4 competes with the Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R and the BMW S1000RR. Both these bikes are priced lower than the Ducati.
