BMW F900XR is a bike available at a starting price of Rs. 12,30,000 in India. It is available in only 1 variant and 1 colour. The BMW F900XR is powered by 895cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 103.25 bhp and a torque of 92 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, BMW F900XR comes up with anti-locking braking system. This F900XR bike weighs 219 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 15.5 liters.

The 2022 BMW F 900 XR Pro sports adventure tourer has been launched in the Indian market to rival the likes of the Triumph Tiger 900 GT and the Ducati Multistrada V2.

The latest iteration of the F 900 XR retains the BS6-compliant, 895cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin cylinder motor that delivers 103.2bhp of power at 8,500rpm and 92Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. The company claims a 0-100kmph acceleration timing of 3.6 seconds and a top speed of over 200kmph.

The styling cues, too, remain identical to the previous version. Thus, the 2022 BMW F 900 XR continues to draw styling cues from the S 1000 XR. This road-biased sports adventure tourer features a twin-pod headlight, adjustable windscreen, adjustable brake and clutch levers, semi-fairing, engine cowl, step-up seat, and side-slung exhaust. BMW F 900 XR is available in a single Pro variant. And this version is available in a single paint option – Sport Style (Racing Red).

The feature list retains full-LED lighting, Bluetooth-enabled 6.5-inch full-colour TFT screen, 12-volt socket, ABS, traction control, riding modes pro, keyless ride, engine brake control, adaptive cornering lights, and heated grips. Further, the optional packs add more features to the motorcycle. The Dynamic package brings Headlight Pro, Daytime Riding Lights, and Gear Shift Assist Pro. Whereas the Active package includes Riding Modes Pro, Dynamic Engine Brake Control (MSR), Heated Grips, Dynamic Traction Control, ABS Pro, and case holders.

The hardware comprises upside-down front forks and a preload-adjustable rear mono-shock to handle the suspension tasks. The braking duties are handled by twin disc brakes at the front and a single rotor at the back. Further, the 17-inch alloy wheels are wrapped in 120/70 front and 180/55 rear tubeless tyres.
