Kia Seltos Car Latest Updates

Kia India has launched the facelifted 2023 Seltos on our shores from Rs 10.9 lakh. The Kia Seltos continues to come in three broad trims: Tech Line, GT Line and X-Line. The 2023 Kia Seltos facelift comes in a total of 18 broad variants and its pricing range from Rs 10.9 lakh to Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom). It’s offered with three 1.5-litre engines, consisting of diesel, naturally aspirated petrol and turbo-petrol.

Kia Seltos Engine

The facelifted Kia Seltos is powered by the current model’s 115PS/144Nm 1.5-litre petrol and 115PS/250Nm 1.5-litre diesel engines. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual as standard, a CVT and a 6-speed iMT for the 1.5-litre petrol and a 6-speed torque converter for the 1.5-litre diesel unit. A new 160PS/230Nm 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine is also offered and can be paired to either a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT.

Kia Seltos Variants

It will be offered in three trims: Tech Line, GT Line. and X-Line.

It is available in eight montone shades: Pewter Olive (new), Clear White, Sparkling Silver, Gravity Grey, Aurora Black Pearl, Glacier White Pearl, Intense Red, and Imperial Blue.

There are two dual tone shades: Intense Red and Glacier White with Aurora Black Pearl hue for the roof.

Key Features of Kia Seltos

The facelifted Seltos features a new fully digital driver’s display connected to the 10.25-inch infotainment system. Toys like a Bose sound system, automatic climate control, an air purifier, ambient lighting, cruise control, and ventilated front seats have been retained, while new features like a panoramic sunroof and dual-zone climate control have been added. Safety is taken care of with multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), front and rear parking sensors, and electronic stability control. It also gets a few ADAS features, including forward, rear and blind-spot collision avoidance assist.

Kia Seltos Competitors

The facelifted Kia Seltos competes against the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, MG Astor, Skoda Kushaq, VW Taigun, Tata Harrier, MG Hector, and the five seater variants of the Mahindra XUV700.
