The Scram 440 will likely increase the bore or stroke of the existing 411cc air and oil-cooled engine that we’ve seen on the Scram 411 and the Himalayan for this bike. Underpinnings will likely include a telescopic fork, a monoshock and spoke wheels.
It could reportedly be launched in India in the next 12 months (possibly around mid-2024) and we think prices for it could begin from around Rs 2.30 lakh (ex-showroom). It’ll then go up against the Yezdi Scrambler, Honda CB350RS and the upcoming Triumph Scrambler 400 X.
