There is no LED lighting on the bike or digital instrumentation. The analogue console has limited data on offer like a speedometer and a fuel gauge accompanied by a few tell tale lights. The more affordable Hero HF 100 comes in an all-black colour scheme with red and grey stickers and simpler blacked-out grab rails. This variant doesn’t get an electric starter either. The bike does get a USB charger as an optional add-on now.

Hero HF Deluxe Engine:

The Hero HF Deluxe’s 97.2cc motor is now OBD 2-compliant. It makes 8PS and 8.05Nm, figures that haven’t been changed. The 4-speed gearbox remains unchanged has remained unchanged too.

Hero HF Deluxe Suspension & Brakes:

There are no mechanical changes to report on the Hero HF Deluxe. The trusty double-cradle frame is suspended by a telescopic fork and two-step preload-adjustable twin shocks. It gets 130mm drum brakes on both ends.

Hero HF Deluxe Rivals:

The Hero HF Deluxe is one of India’s highest selling two-wheelers, managing to pip the Hero Splendor to the best selling two-wheeler crown on a few occasions. The Bajaj CT 100 and Bajaj Platina 100 remain the main rivals of the HF Deluxe and HF 100. For the same price though, you can get two-wheelers like the TVS XL100, TVS Scooty Pep Plus and the Bajaj Platina 110 H-Gear.
