Price: Renault retails the Kwid between Rs 4.70 lakh and Rs 6.33 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
Variants: You can buy it in five variants: RXE, RXL, RXL (O), RXT and Climber.
Colours: The Kwid is available in six monotone and two dual-tone shades: Ice Cool White, Metal Mustard, Fiery Red, Outback Bronze, Moonlight Silver, Zanskar Blue, Ice Cool White with Black roof and Metal Mustard with Black roof.
Engine and Transmission: The hatchback uses a 1-litre petrol engine (68PS/91Nm) paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT.
Features: Renault Kwid is equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 4-way adjustable driver seat and 14-inch black wheels. It also gets keyless entry, manual AC and electric ORVMs.
Safety: The Kwid’s safety kit includes electronic stability programme (ESP), hill start assist (HSA), traction control system (TCS) and tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS). It also gets dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors.
Rivals: The Renault Kwid takes on the Maruti Alto K10 and Maruti Suzuki S-Presso. The Climber variant rivals the Tata Punch.
