Latest Update: Maruti has launched the CNG variants of the Fronx. In related news, Maruti had recently started exporting the crossover SUV.

Price: Prices for the Fronx range from Rs 7.46 lakh to Rs 13.14 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

Variants: Maruti offers it in five broad variants: Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Zeta and Alpha. The CNG powertrain is offered on the lower-spec Sigma and Delta trims.

Seating Capacity: Maruti Fronx has the capacity to seat 5 passengers.

Colours: The Fronx comes in three dual-tone and seven monotone colours: Earthen Brown with Bluish Black roof, Opulent Red with Bluish Black roof, Splendid Silver with Bluish Black roof, Nexa Blue, Earthen Brown, Arctic White, Opulent Red, Grandeur Grey, Bluish Black and Splendid Silver.

Boot Space: The crossover SUV has a boot space of 308 litres.

Engine and Transmission: Maruti has put two engines on offer: a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine (100PS/148Nm) with mild-hybrid technology and a 1.2-litre Dualjet petrol unit (90PS/113Nm) from the Baleno. The former is mated to a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic, while the latter comes paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT.

The CNG variants use the 1.2-litre petrol engine and churn out 77.5PS and 98.5Nm, and are paired only with a 5-speed manual transmission.
