Powering the Yamaha R3 is a smooth and high-revving 321cc twin-cylinder engine that makes 42PS at 10,750rpm and 29.7Nm at 9000 rpm.
The bike features a 37mm USD fork from KYB and linked monoshock suspension setup. Braking is done via a 298mm disc up front and 202mm unit at the rear.
The Yamaha R3 is expected to debut in India by June-July 2023, with an expected ex-showroom price tag of Rs 4 lakh. Once launched, it will go up against the RC 390 and the Kawasaki Ninja 400.
