Mahindra has redesigned the interior of the Thar and it is now completely washable with a draining facility. The Thar features an up-to-the-minute cabin-like any modern hatchback or sedan. The Thar is offered with a 2.0-litre mStallion turbo-petrol engine producing 150bhp and 320Nm of torque while the 2.2-litre mHawk diesel mill develops 130bhp and 300Nm of torque. Also up for offer is a 1.5-litre diesel engine in the lower variants, generating 117bhp and 300Nm of torque. Transmission options include six-speed manual and automatic units.
