Tata Nexon 2023 Car Latest Update

Latest Update: The Tata Nexon facelift has been unveiled. The updated subcompact SUV is now available for bookings. Price: Tata could price it from Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards.

Variants: The updated Nexon will be available in four broad variants: Smart, Pure, Fearless, and Creative.

Boot Space: The updated Nexon now offers a boot space of 382 litres.

Seating Capacity: The updated Nexon has a 5-seater layout.

Ground Clearance: The 2023 Nexon comes with a ground clearance of 208mm.

Engine and Transmission: The facelifted Nexon will continue to be offered with the same petrol and diesel engine options: a 1.2-litre turbo petrol (120PS/170Nm) and a 1.5-litre diesel engine (115PS/260Nm). The former comes in four transmission options – 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual , 6-speed AMT and a new 7-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT) – whereas the diesel unit can be had with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed AMT.

Features: Its features list includes a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment, 10.25-inch fully digital driver’s display, automatic climate control, wireless phone charging, ventilated and height adjustable front seats, cruise control, and paddle shifters. It also gets a 9-speaker JBL sound system with a subwoofer and Harman enhanced AudioworX.

Safety: Occupant safety is ensured by up to six airbags (as standard), ABS with EBD, hill assist, electronic stability program (ESP), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and a 360-degree camera.

Rivals: The facelifted Tata Nexon will continue to rival the Kia SonetMahindra XUV300Renault KigerMaruti Suzuki BrezzaNissan Magnite and the Hyundai Venue.

Tata Nexon EV 2023: The Nexon EV facelift has been teased for the first time. It will be unveiled on September 7.
