Latest Update: A KBC 2023 contestant has been awarded a Hyundai Exter on winning Rs 1 crore.

Price: The Exter is priced from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 10.10 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom pan-India).

Variants: Hyundai offers it in six broad variants: EX, S, SX, SX (O) and SX (O) Connect. The mid-spec S and SX trims can also be had with an optional CNG kit.

Seating Capacity: The Exter is sold in a 5-seater configuration, although it is more suited to seat four. It gets 3-point seatbelts for all passengers, but Hyundai doesn’t offer the Exter with adjustable headrests for rear passengers.

Boot Space: The micro SUV offers a boot space of 391 litres.

Engine and Transmission: The Exter comes with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine (83PS/114Nm) mated to either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT. It also comes with a 1.2-litre petrol-CNG option (69PS/95Nm), paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
