Tata has hiked the prices of the Tiago EV, which now costs from Rs 8.69 lakh (ex-showroom). With this, the introductory prices for the electric hatchback have also come to an end.
Tata Tiago EV Engine
The Tiago EV gets two battery packs options: 75PS/114Nm 24kWh and 61PS/105Nm 19.2kWh. The former has a claimed range of 315km, while the smaller 19.2kWh battery pack is good for a claimed range of 250km. A 7.2kW charger will juice up its batteries in three hours and 36 minutes. The smaller battery pack only gets a 3.3kW charging capacity.

The Tiago EV is offered in four broad trims: XE, XT, XZ+, and XZ+ Tech Lux.
The XE and XT trims get the 19.2kWh battery pack, while the XT, XZ+ and XZ+ Tech Lux trims get the bigger 24kWh battery pack.
Key Features of Tata Tiago EV
Features like cruise control, connected car technology, and regenerative braking have been added over the standard Tiago which gets a seven-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, auto climate control, cooled glovebox, and an eight-speaker sound system. Features like dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and electronic stability control ensure the safety of the occupants inside.
