Toyota has finally decided to launch the much expected Vellfire in India. It is their MPV which is quite famous for the luxury features and space that it offers. Toyota Vellfire exteriors come with split headlamp design which will feature Led headlamps and a thick chrome grille to enhance the front look. The front bumper will be conventional looking with a number plate housing and triangular housing for the foglamps. Vellfire expected price will be around Rs. 75 lakhs and it will compete with the Mercedes-Benz V-Class which also offers loads of luxury and features. The advantage that the Toyota has here that it is known for their reliability, service network and maintainence cost. The side profile may consist of power sliding doors and alloy wheels. At the rear, there will be LED tailamps which will extend all the way in the middle of the boot. The premium feel of the cabin comes from multi-colored ambient lighting, twin moon-roofs, full recline seats with seat tables and ventilation and heating function. The dashboard will be finished in faux-wood and touch-screen infotainment system. The safety of the occupants will be taken care by 7-airbags, ABS with EBD and much more. Toyota Vellfire specifications may come with a 2.5-litre engine which will be paired with an electric motor. The combined power output can be around 197hp. The engine will only be mated to a CVT tranmission. However, Toyota may change engine specs for India.
