Keeway has announced the launch of the Sixties 300i retro-scooter in the Indian market. This is the most powerful retro-style scooter in our market today. It uses a Keeway a 278.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that makes 18.7bhp of power and 22Nm of peak torque.
The styling cues include a retro design that brings long and flowing body panels to the Sixties 300i. The front fascia includes a hexagon shape for the headlight along with an X-shaped DRL and apron-mounted front turn indicators. The rear uses flat, bagger-like setup with vertical design for the LED taillight. Other elements include a split seat setup and a floorboard integrated 10-litre fuel tank. The feature list comprises full-LED lighting, semi-digital instrument cluster, and dual-channel ABS.
The Keeway Sixties 300i will be available in three colours – Matt Grey, Matt Light Blue, and Matt White. The hardware includes telescopic front forks and dual rear springs to handle the suspension tasks. The braking duties are handled by a 230mm single front disc and a 220mm single rear rotor. The scooter rides on 12-inch wheels that are wrapped in 120/70 tubeless tyres at both ends.
