The Mercedes-Benz EQE prices are expected to range between Rs. 70.00 Lakh – Rs. 90.00 Lakh, depending on the variant selected.

Release date

The EQE saloon is likely to be launched in the country, later in 2022 or at the beginning of 2023.

Variants

At the moment, Mercedes-Benz has not released all details about the EQE variants. But, for starters, there is going to be a rear-wheel-drive EQE 350 coming next year, followed shortly by all-wheel drive and AMG models. 

Range, charging and performance

For the EQE 350, Mercedes-Benz has given a 90kWh battery pack and a single motor capable of making 288bhp and 530Nm of torque. Moreover, as per WLTP, the EQE can travel 660km on a full charge. And it can be charged at speeds up to 170kW. When plugged into a fast charger, this electric Merc can be topped up from 10 to 80 per cent in a claimed 35 minutes. Besides, the high-performance version of the EQE saloon will be able to generate 671bhp, according to the carmaker. 

Features

Mercedes-Benz offers oceans of features in the EQE such as the ultramodern MBUX Hyperscreen, DIgital Light, active ambient lighting, remote and memory parking assists, intelligent parking pilot, 360-degree camera, ADAS functions, wireless charger, multiple airbags, multi-zone temperature control, a panoramic sunroof and a hi-fi sound system. 

Price

The pricing of the EQE could start from 75 lakh.

The electric saloon will take on the BMW i4 and Tesla Model 3.
