The Yamaha R15S flaunts a split LED headlight setup and a sharp body design for a sportier appeal. It features a fully digital instrument console along with shift light, a side stand engine cut-off switch and a single-piece seat setup for practicality and comfort.

The Yamaha R15S is powered by the same 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) as the R15V4. It belts out 18.4PS  and 14.2Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch.

The Yamaha R15 S is underpinned by a deltabox frame. It runs a conventional telescopic fork and a preload-adjustable linked monoshock suspension setup. For braking, it gets single discs at both ends with dual-channel ABS.
