Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Engine

The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is powered by a 199.5cc, single-cylinder liquid-cooled BS6.2-compliant engine belting out 24.5PS at 9750rpm and 18.7Nm at 8000rpm, mated to a six-speed gearbox. The updated bike returns 37kmpl (claimed) fuel efficiency. Underpinned by a perimeter frame the updated NS200 runs a 33mm inverted fork and monoshock suspension setup. Braking is via a 300mm front and 230mm rear circular disc paired to Grimeca callipers. It gets the safety net of dual channel ABS as standard. The updated 17-inch alloy wheels are shod with MRF Nylogrip Zapper FY2 tubeless rubber, measuring 100-section front and 130-section rear.

Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Design

The Pulsar NS200 has a sporty design. However, given that its styling has virtually remained unchanged since its launch in 2012, it has started to look dated. The previous-gen Pulsar NS200 gets four colour options: Fiery Yellow, Wild Red, Graphite Black and Mirage White.

Key Features of Bajaj Pulsar NS200

In terms of features, the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 gets a halogen headlight with pilot lamps, LED tail light and bulb indicators. The updated model also gets a slightly revised console with distance to empty readout, real-time mileage indicator, as well as a gear position indicator in addition to displaying basic information such as speed, fuel level, odometer and trip meter readings.
