Latest Update: The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC can be booked for a token amount of Rs 1.5 lakh.
Launch: It will be launched on August 9.
Price: Mercedes could price the SUV from Rs 60 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards.
Variants: The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC will be offered in two variants: GLC 300 4MATIC and GLC 220d 4MATIC.
Seating Capacity: It will continue to be a 5-seater.
Engine and Transmission: The India-spec 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC will be offered with two engine options: a 2-litre petrol engine that makes 258PS and 400Nm, and a 2-litre diesel unit that churns out 197PS and 440Nm. Both these units will be paired with a 48-volt hybrid motor and a 9-speed automatic transmission. The 4MATIC all-wheel drive system will be offered as standard.
Features: Its features list will include a 11.9-inch infotainment system along with a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display which operates on the second gen MBUX software.
Safety: The new 2023 GLC is also expected to come with a bunch of ADAS systems which includes adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, lane departure warning, trailer maneuvering system, and park assistance.
Rivals: It will take the fight to the Audi Q5, BMW X3 and Volvo XC60.
