TVS has once again teased the Apache RTR 310, this time giving us a more in-depth look at the bike’s overall design. More importantly, the pre-bookings are open, and here’s how much you’ll have to shell out. With the launch date of the TVS Apache RTR 310 confirmed to be September 6, here’s everything we know about the bike so far.
A concept prototype of the streetfighter and a production-ready test mule were spotted early this July. The TVS Apache RTR 310 is a naked iteration of the Apache RR 310. It is expected to be priced at around Rs 2,50,000 (ex-showroom). Since the bike’s based on the Apache RR 310, it could carry over a majority of the faired bike’s features. The bike will get twin LED headlamps, single-piece handlebar and a TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity. It is also expected to come with dual-channel ABS as standard.
The RTR 310’s engine will most likely be the same as the Apache RR 310, with multiple riding modes. It might even get the same underpinnings as the RR 310, including a USD fork up front and a rear monoshock.
Considering its expected price, the Apache RTR 310 will go up against the likes of the BMW G 310 R, KTM 390 Duke and the Honda CB300R.
