Price: The 2024 Hyundai Creta is expected to be priced from Rs 10.5 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards.
Seating Capacity: The 2024 Creta will continue to be a 5-seater compact SUV.
Engine and Transmission: The updated Creta will use the same engine options as the facelifted Seltos: a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine (115PS/144Nm) mated to either a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic transmission, a 1.5-litre diesel engine (116PS/250Nm) paired with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed AT. Most likely the facelifted compact SUV will also get the option of a 1.5-litre T-GDi (turbo) petrol engine (160PS/253Nm) coupled with a 6-speed iMT (clutchless manual) and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT).
Features: Features on board the facelifted Creta could include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a fully digital driver’s display, connected car technology, and a dash cam too. It will also get cruise control, wireless phone charger, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, and an air purifier.
Safety: On the safety front, it could be equipped with all the safety equipment offered on the current model including a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), hill start assist, rear-view monitor, and up to six airbags. It is also likely to feature a host of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
Rivals: The facelifted Hyundai Creta will be a rival to other compact SUVs like the MG Astor, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Honda Elevate, Citroen C3 Aircross and Kia Seltos.
