Latest Update: Toyota has launched the new-generation Vellfire in India.
Price: The luxury MPV is priced from Rs 1.20 crore to Rs 1.30 crore (ex-showroom Delhi).
Variant: It is being offered in two broad variants: Hi and VIP Executive Lounge.
Colours: The new Vellfire is available in three exterior colour options: Black, Precious Metal, and Platinum White Pearl.
Seating Capacity: Toyota is offering it in just a 7-seater configuration. The top-spec VIP Executive Lounge trim, however, is only available in a 4-seater configuration.
Engine and Transmission: The new Vellfire is provided with just one petrol-hybrid engine: a 2.5-litre unit with an e-CVT gearbox. This powertrain makes 193PS and 240Nm.
Features: Toyota has decked up the new-gen MPV with a 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 14-colour ambient lighting, a fully digital driver’s display, and an 8-way powered driver seat with memory function. The MPV also gets a 15-speaker JBL sound system, heads-up display, dual-panel sunroof and wireless phone charging.
Safety: Its safety kit includes six airbags, vehicle stability control (VSC), all-wheel disc brakes, lane-keep assist, and adaptive cruise control.
Rivals: The new Vellfire doesn’t have any direct rival in India but it will go up against the 2024 Mercedes-Benz V-Class.
