The Kawasaki Versys 650 gets a sharp-looking split LED headlight setup. It’s topped with a four-step adjustable transparent windscreen. Aiding its ADV nature is the tall stance with an upright seating posture, courtesy of the tall handlebar and centre-set footpegs.
It’s powered by a 649cc, liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine that makes 66bhp of power and 61Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox and gets a slipper clutch too. It’s placed in a steel frame that is suspended on 41mm USD forks with preload and rebound adjustability. At the rear, it gets an offset remote preload-adjustable monoshock.
The braking setup on the Kawasaki Versys 650 comprises dual 300mm front discs and a 250mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS. It rides on 17-inch alloys wrapped in a 120/70 front and 160/60 rear tyre.
On the feature front, the Kawasaki Versys 650 gets LED illumination, a 4.3-inch TFT screen and a USB charging port as well. The console allows you to pair your smartphone using Bluetooth. The bike also comes with a two-stage traction control system that can be completely turned off.
