Triumph Motorcycle has revealed the 2023 Street Triple 765 range for the international market. The 2023 range includes three models – R, RS, and Moto2 Edition. However, the Indian market will only get the R and the RS variants.

The 2023 Triumph Street Triple RS gets cosmetic updates in the form of a sharper design for the twin-pod LED headlight, an aggressive design for the bodywork, a 15-litre fuel tank, a gullwing swingarm, and radiator cowls. The RS variant also benefits from a body-coloured belly pan and pillion seat cowl with interchangeable pillion seat and lower chain guard. Internationally, the RS version has been listed in three colour options – Silver Ice, Carnival Red, and Cosmic Yellow.

The mechanical specifications on the 2023 Street Triple RS include the same 765cc, inline-three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine as the outgoing version. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, this motor is tuned to deliver 128.2bhp of maximum output at 12,000rpm and 80Nm of peak torque at 9,500rpm on the Street Triple 765 RS variant.

The RS variant also benefits from higher-spec braking and suspension components. It gets Showa 41mm upside-down Big Piston Forks (BPF) at the front and Ohlins STX40 piggyback reservoir monoshock at the back. Then, the braking hardware comprises twin 310mm floating discs with Brembo Stylema four-piston radial monobloc calipers at the front, and 220mm rear discs.

Meanwhile, the feature list on the 2023 Triumph Street Triple RS includes full-LED lighting, cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control system, linked braking system, wheelie control, and a bidirectional quickshifter. It also gets a lap timer, cruise control system, five-inch TFT display, Bluetooth module, and an additional ride mode (Road, Rain, Sport, Track, and Rider).

The pre-launch bookings for the 2023 Triumph Street Triple RS have opened across India. This motorcycle will be launched in our market in March 2023 and the deliveries are scheduled to start in April 2023. Once launched here, the 2023 Triumph Street Triple RS will rival the likes of the Ducati Monster, BMW F 900 R, and Kawasaki Z900.
